Return Policy for Sömn Home
At Sömn Home, we're proud of our quality and want you to feel confident in your purchase. To accommodate changing needs, we offer three return options: Credit Notes, Exchanges, and Returns.

14-Day Return Policy
Enjoy 14 days from delivery to decide if your purchase is right for you, ensuring ample time for evaluation and complete satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns:
For a return to be considered, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • Regular Priced Item: Only regular-priced items, non-sales items, are eligible for returns.
  • Condition: The item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all return requests.

Return Options:

  1. Credit Notes: Receive a credit note for the value of your returned item, which can be used for future purchases.
  2. Exchanges: Swap your item for a different size, colour, or product of equal value.
  3. Returns: Return the item for a refund.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to drop off or send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items and Services:
Certain categories of items are ineligible for returns, including:

  1. Duvets and Pillows: For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on duvets and pillows.
  2. Sales and Discounted Items: Returns and exchanges are not accepted for products purchased during sales or discounted periods.
  3. Special Orders and Custom Orders: These items are crafted or procured based on specific requests, making them non-returnable.
  4. Shipping & Handling fees (if applicable): We keep these fees separate to offer our products at the fairest possible prices.

Please note that returns for gift cards cannot be processed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item(s) so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Customers are allowed one exchange per order.

Shipping & Restocking Fees
Shipping and restocking fees apply to order exchanges and refunds, covering part of the cost for shipping labels, cross-border fees (if applicable), inspection, administration, cleaning, repackaging, and credit card fees. We keep these fees separate to offer our products at the fairest possible prices.

Return Procedures:

  • Canadian & US Returns Methods:
    Shipping & handling fee + 3% restocking fee per item on paid price.

  • International Returns:
    Orders shipped outside of Canada & United States are considered final sales.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
